Important Information:

  • Please don’t plan to pay for or attend any RJT clinic without first receiving an email confirmation.
  • To secure your registration and reservation for the full 2020 Winter Season, full payment for the 2020 Winter Season is required on the first class of your 2020 Winter Season.
  • Withdrawals must be received prior to the start of the session and will incur a $45 service charge.  
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for any reasons after the conclusion of the first week of the 2020 Winter Season.

The RJT Make-Up Clinic Policy:

  • If you find that you will not be available to attend your regularly scheduled RJT clinic, a 24 hour cancellation notice has to be received to avoid the loss of your make-up clinic or the cancellation fee of $48.
  • No make-up clinics will be given for same day cancellations or anything less than a 24 hour cancellation notice.
  • All make-up clinics must be completed prior to the conclusion of the 2020 Winter Season – May 31, 2020.
  • No make-up clinics will be carried forward into the 2020 Summer Season.
  • Each person participating in the 2020 Winter Season is eligible to use a maximum of three make-up clinics during the 2020 Winter Season. 

Liability Release:
It is understood that you, the participant in the RJ TENNIS BOOT CAMP® program, are in overall good health and condition. With your request to participate, this registration and payment, it is agreed that you, the participant, will hold RJ TENNIS LLC®, the RJT Coaches,McLean Racquet and Health Club, and all staff, harmless for injury/death or loss that may occur as a result of your participation in the RJ TENNIS LLC® activities. The continual use of protective eyewear is strongly recommended throughout the duration of all RJT clinics.


Media Release:
I grant to RJ TENNIS LLC the right to take photographs, video and sound recordings of me and my family in connection with the above-identified RJT programming. I authorize RJ TENNIS LLC its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that RJ TENNIS LLC may use such photographs, videos and sound recordings of me and my family with or without my/our name(s) for any lawful purpose, including for such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, social media and web content. Still pictures will be gladly removed from any RJT website upon request. I have read and understand the above release.
