Registration Information:
- Registrations for the full summer season are now being accepted.
- Please email me your top three requests for the 2019 summer program at rjtennis@gmail.com.
- Please do not plan to attend any RJT clinic until first you receive an email confirmation from me.
- People who registered and paid in full for the full summer season will receive priority in keeping their spot for the summer season
- Please do not pay for any RJT summer class(es) on Square Up until you receive confirmation from me, as a confirmation from Square Up is just confirming your payment has been received, not that space is available.
- Refunds will not be issued for any reason after the conclusion of the first week of the summer season.
Cancellation Policy/Make-Up Policy:
- Once the season begins, if you find you have to cancel your participation in any of the weekly classes, please give me at least 24 hours notice to avoid loss of your weekly RJT clinic.
- Receiving your cancellation within the 24 hour notice allows me to extend to you a Make-Up clinic.
- No Make-Up clinics will be given for any cancellation given less than 24 hours before the class.
- All make-ups must be completed by Sunday, August 25.
- No Make-Up clinics will be carried forward into the fall season.
- Make-up clinics are extended as space becomes available throughout the winter season. The days, times and group playing abilities may not always be a perfect fit for your schedule and level of play.
- Make-Up clinics will be capped at two per person per season. There are not enough RJT classes to take care of endless requests.
| Liability & Media Release: It is understood that you, the participant in the RJ TENNIS BOOT CAMP® program, are in overall good health and condition. With your request to participate, this registration and payment, it is agreed that you, the participant, will hold RJ TENNIS LLC®, the RJT Coaches, Burke Racquet and Swim Club, A PLUS TENNIS and all staff, harmless for injury/death or loss that may occur as a result of your participation in the RJ TENNIS LLC® activities. The continual use of protective eyewear is strongly recommended throughout the duration of all RJT classes. You also give consent to use images of you that may be taken before, during or after RJT classes. Still pictures will be gladly removed from any RJT website upon request. Media – I grant to RJ TENNIS LLC the right to take photographs, video and sound recordings of me and my family in connection with the above-identified RJT programming. I authorize RJ TENNIS LLC its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that RJ TENNIS LLC may use such photographs, videos and sound recordings of me and my family with or without my/our name(s) for any lawful purpose, including for such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, social media and web content. Still pictures will be gladly removed from any RJT website upon request. I have read and understand the above release. |
